Waitlist & Early Access Program

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before joining the Kleer waitlist or using any portion of our website located at kleerme.com (the "Site"). By submitting your email address or otherwise joining the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not sign up.

1. About Kleer

Kleer is a personal finance tool designed to help individuals pay off debt faster by intelligently allocating available funds across multiple debts using a proprietary momentum-scoring algorithm. The product is currently in development. Access to the Kleer application is not yet available to the general public.

2. The Waitlist Program

2.1 What the Waitlist Is

By joining the Kleer waitlist, you are expressing interest in receiving early access to the Kleer platform when it becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, create any contractual obligation on the part of Kleer to provide access, or constitute any form of subscription, purchase, or financial agreement.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to join the waitlist. By signing up, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2.3 No Financial Services Offered

Kleer is not currently offering any financial services, financial advice, credit counseling, debt management plans, or banking products. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any decisions about your debts or finances.

3. Communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from Kleer related to product updates, launch announcements, and early access invitations. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by contacting us directly. We will not sell your email address to third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the Kleer name and brand — is the exclusive property of Kleer and its founders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the Site without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND WAITLIST PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KLEER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLEER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KLEER AND ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE WAITLIST, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Kleer has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the waitlist after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
